Size comparison between BMC Getter-1, Master Grade 1/100 Gundam G-3 ver. 2.0 and High Grade Universal Century 1/144 Zaku II. Neither the Getter-1's box nor it's manual tell the scale of the Getter-1 kit. I do know that the Getter-1 should be larger than most Gundam mechs (Getter-1 is 37 meters tall, the Gundam G-3 stands at the series "standard" of 18 meters).
