when Izumi went with Orochimaru to protect Ishi,Midori and Suki she becomes friends with Sakon Tayuya and Kimimaru .. she helped them and thats the reason why they are not died .. ok .. here you can see the outfit she had to wear when she was a prisoner of orochimaru .. yes she looks like tayuya that was the plan of orochimaru because nobody should know that she is izumi ... everybody thought that she is the sister of tayuya or her twin ... she hated the clothes ...
